**The Role**The _Senior Analyst_ will contribute to the team's mandate by:- Having (or developing) a deep understanding of core WTW operational systems (including but not limited to MS Dynamics 365, Oracle and Mavenlink) and their underlying datasets- Leveraging technical abilities and system knowledge to produce consistent, accurate, relevant, and timely MI to meet the needs of stakeholders, while also incorporating requirements around peer reviews, access rights, privacy & confidentiality and medium of delivery- Building and maintaining relationships with various MI stakeholders to ensure their reporting requirements are fully understood,
while leveraging system expertise to translate these into prospective reports- Understanding the ICT business model, to support and challenge requests for MI- Contributing to and executing on ICT's wider MI strategy, including taking the lead on efforts to centralize ICT's reporting data on an internal data warehouse and visualize this in a centralized, consistent, and secure fashion via Power BI- Managing the work allocation, day-to-day management, and internal Excellence processes of the ICT Global MI Team**The Requirements**- 1-3 years' experience in a related role- Degree-level qualification in a related field (e.G.
Business Operations, Actuarial Sciences, Maths, Computer Science, Statistics)- High degree of proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)- Experience working with relevant programming languages (e.G.
SQL, R, VBA, Python) and data visualization software (especially Power BI)- Experience in data models and reporting packages- Ability to analyse large datasets- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English- A proven analytical mindset and inclination for problem-solving- Attention to detail- A balanced approach to supporting demanding business- Effective organization, time management and prioritization skills- Equal opportunities employer_
