Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tier 1-2 Help Desk Technician to provide both field services and remote support.
This role is pivotal in maintaining our IT infrastructure and supporting our staff across various locations.Key Responsibilities:- Set up and configure IT equipment for users, ensuring all hardware and software are optimized for performance.- Run the ticketing queue.- Provide remote technical support, resolving software and administrative issues promptly.- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, including maintenance of switches, Wi-Fi,
and printers at the hiring branch.- Perform basic administration of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environment connected via Entra Connect.- Assist with the maintenance of IT inventory and documentation of IT processes.Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, with certifications such as MS-900, MD-102, or MS-102 preferred.- Proficiency in CompTIA A+, Net+ and Sec+ certifications or equivalent.- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.- A strong customer service background, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.Why Join Us?- Be a part of a fast growing team.- Work in a collaborative environment where your skills and contributions are valued.- Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance office presence and remote work effectively.Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:- CompTIA Network+ (preferred)- Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Certification (preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 11520, Ciudad de México, CDMX
