Customer Service/ Sales Assistant Online Wine Store
This is a new role that will support the expansion of BHW sales, and customer service.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
You are a problem-solver and will play a role as a customer service agent.
You will need to wear a variety of hats.
Customer Experience
You'll constantly be asking yourself, "how can this be better for our customers?"
You'll make recommendations for ways to improve the customer experience, and you'll implement many of them.
You'll solve issues that arise for customers as needed.
You'll pick up the phone and talk to customers.
You'll listen to them and let them know you care.
You'll respond to customers who comment about us on social media.
You'll keep the rest of the team informed about the general mood and feedback from customers.
You must have experience with customer retention strategies.
