**Responsibilities**:
The Opportunity

The IT Value Realization Practice Lead is a key contributor in the IT Strategy and Portfolio Value Realization Office.
IT S&P; imagines the future technology vision, strategy, and priorities to empower PepsiCo's ambitions and optimize value.




The Practice Lead for IT Value Realization Office (VRO) is the owner for the Value Realization processes and lifecycle.
This role will partner closely with functional partners in Corporate Strategy & Transformation as well as business partners in IT to drive the end-to-end value realization lifecycle.
Your Impact

As The IT Value Realization Practice Lead your scope will consist of:

- Responsible for implementing and estabilishing efficient guidelines, processes and management systems for the IT Value Realization Office
- Identify key trends in IT Value Realization, while exploring opportunities for continuous improvement and implementation of best-in-class practices
- Drive the end-to-end development of framework, processes, standard operating procedures, templates and reporting metrics and/or dashboards
- Liaise with the stakeholders and Corp.



S&T; to align and update the processes as per the strategic priorities
- Drives the documentation of all processes in the end-to-end IT Value Realization lifecycle
- Serve as a owner for establishing necessary process controls
- May provide consultation on complex medium to large scale projects that integrate into an organized program.
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree required or higher degree preferred
- Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

**Experience**:

- 8 years of related IT business work experience
- 5 years of IT Value Management or related experience
- Demonstrated success in defining and building processes
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills




- Ability to deliver credible insights through work products and communications
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines through excellent time management and strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to take instructions readily and to formulate work plans that will provide the best results to achieve the intended goals
- Good judgment and strong decision-making ability
- Experience developing executive level briefings
