**Job Description**:
The Assistant Project Manager will support Facilities Management Team on massive project close-out, project initiation processes, and compliance maintenance for active projects.
- Gather and provide documents required for project close-out (permits, construction drawings, insurances bonds, etc )
- Track close-out progress to provide updates to the FM Team.
- Provide communication with the FM and asset management team.
- Track compliance requirements for active projects
- Knowledge of every stage of a project.
- Support FM Team with project initiation process for new projects.
- Experience with delivering the close out of a project.
- Create Document Control and correspondence folders for individual projects.
- Create and maintain document control guidelines.
- Prepare, operate, and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company's Document Management System
**Qualifications**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in either multi-disciplinary/multi-group projects or big project/multi group environment as a document controller in the construction industry
- Experience in managing RE FM projects, proficient in Microsoft suite, able to learn client ERP software
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering or architecture)
- Project Management qualification - e.g., PMI is a plus
- Experience in data management and mapping processes.
Experience with reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
