Dow has an opportunity for a Senior Business Development Specialist,



located in Mexico City (Mexico).
About you and this role - What you would do in this role

You will be responsible for creating opportunities within new or existing markets for both profitability and volume growth in alignment with business strategy.
This role will focus on specific strategic performance silicones markets.
Responsibilities- Defines objectives for market entry/ penetration or segment growth.- Internally align sales and marketing to agreed business objectives, ensuring that marketing implementation is aligned with market development plans.- proactively identify and report emerging trends and needs, product and market opportunities, business prospects,- Assesses go-to market strategy for optimal approach.- Evaluates perceived value of existing brand and product in the marketplace versus competition.- Develops sales tools in tandem with marketing department.- Coordinates brand and product communications.- Works to drive value chain relationships and other levers to ensure successful introductions of new technologies and overall sales and margin growth.




Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Engineering)- Fluent English in verbal and written communications.- At least 3 years of experience working with Sales or Marketing.
