Key Responsibilities:
- Book all Hometown transfer assignments for all business units.
- Make calls to coach companies to confirm trips and obtain driver names and cell numbers.
- Assist Director of Domestic Coaching and OTR Manager in communicating with coach companies, forecasting needs and tracking utilization.
- Serve as a resource for staff members.
- Assist with quality control system.
- Assist with development of cost-effective improvements to quality.
- Assist with educating drivers regarding WorldStrides operations.
- Help ensure that products align with WorldStrides mission.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between the OTR department and Program Managers, Account Managers, and ASRs.
- Represent the department in the absence of the OTR Manager.
- Assist with teammate duties in their absence.
- Continually seek out ways to improve internal systems for efficiency and usefulness.
**Requirements**:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Dependable, hardworking, well organized, detail oriented, with excellent ability to follow instructions.
- Office setting experience preferred.
- Strong and effective communication skills, including written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work with vendors and internal team members to create world-class experiences.
