We are currently seeking a Network Support Specialist Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX:
JAL), Mexico (MX).
Position Overview
- Manages the development of innovative and cost:
effective solutions to problems of clients.
- Providing highest level support on the complex systems, investigating, analyzing, and resolving difficult problems on network components and multi:
purpose
platform systems.
*Manages the development of new internal programs or modifications of current systems.
Positions General Duties and Tasks
:
Responsibility to Manage and improvise Wireless Network environment:
Responsible to carry out the Wireless troubleshooting on Networks:
Handling P1/P2 incidents effectively of Wireless Network:
Ensure earlier resolution to the issues to meet SLA:
Ensure hardening and patching of Wireless devices(Cisco and Aruba) meet compliance standards:
Following up with Vendors, Partners hardware and software whenever required and resolve issues by minimizing downtimes:
Work on the Change, Service request and Incidents as per ITIL process:
End to endImplementation of Wireless network devices, related appliances
**Qualifications**:
Must have Skills:
Excellent customer facing communication skills, customer support and knowledge of ITIL best practices.
:
Advanced experience and proven knowledge in different network Wireless products likes (CISCO and Aruba).
:
Advanced networking troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of web connectivity and Wireless protocols.
:
Experience deploying and supporting Wireless Controller and Access points.
Nice to have Skills:
Knowledge of Network Monitoring tools, such as Solarwinds or Entuity.
