**_SC Finance Associate Manager_**

**Which is the main objective of this role?
**
The LatAm Packaging Finance Jr.




Manager role is the primary finance partner and advisor of the Global Procurement Packaging team across LatAm.
The role will deliver new capabilities and standardization to the LatAm Packaging Commodities processes like: Prices Early alignment for LatAm Packaging GP team, improved forecasting tools/proceeses for Packaging Global Procurement teams and a deeper analysis on forecast main drivers

The role will be responsible for leading & planning the LatAm Packaging Commodities prices, productivity validation/calculation, coverage processes for PSP, AOP & Forecast

**What will you be doing?
**
- Lead & plan the LatAm Packaging Net Commodity Inflation build-up for Early AOP, AOP and forecast according to Global Procurement Finance in LatAm
- Coordinate the Net commodity inflation actuals & forecast explaining main variation drivers (monthly)




- Direct & coordinate the monthly, quarterly & AOP commodities status review with Global Procurement groups across LatAm
- Valldate or approve the LatAm GP Packaging Productivity initiatives ($19 MM)
- Plan & deliver the Net Commodity Inflation and Productivity Status to Global Procurement Finance (LatAm) in a monthly and quarterly basis
- Direct & coordinate the Forex exposure analysis across LatAm and align the Localization templates
- Establish, align and track the coverage & localization of our key raw materials according to Corporate Global Procurement guidance
- Manage a continuously partnership with LatAm Packaging Global Procurement Teams to increase understanding, control, accuracy and identify risks & opportunities within Films, corrugated & Liquid Carton categories




- Deliver the monthly KPI's for Packaging Procurement scorecard in a monthly basis
- Build the model for the Films category based on the commodity and FX guidances and inputs from COEs
- Support LatAm Packaging RFP processes ensuring the baseline construction, financial analysis and portfolio distribution are accurate

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?
**
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business or Finance/ MBA preferred 5 to 6 years of experience mainly in FP&A;, Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance or Cost Management
- Financial acumen, and knowledge of commodity markets and hedging programs
- Advanced proficiency business English both oral and written, including technical lexicon
- Proven record in delivering strategic change, results and customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
