Customer Service/Dispatch Representative****Role and Responsibilities**: As a Customer Service/Dispatch Representative at Sonoran Glass, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring their experience is exceptional from start to finish.
Your key responsibilities will include:**Customer Interaction**: Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
**Coordinating and Scheduling Appointments**: Efficiently coordinate and schedule job appointments between field employees and clients, ensuring convenient routes that won't affect the logistics of our operations.
**Order Entry**: Accurately enter orders into our software system, ensuring that all details for specific jobs are recorded correctly.
**Following Up with Clients**: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, providing updates on their orders and addressing any further needs they may have.
**Placing Correct Orders**: Ensure that correct orders are placed for specific jobs,
guaranteeing the accurate fulfillment of client requirements.
**Dispatch Coordination**: Work closely with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient dispatch, resolving any scheduling conflicts.
**Record Keeping**: Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, orders, and service appointments in our database.
**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the sales team, technicians, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the company's overall success.
**Requirements**:- Proven experience in customer service or dispatch roles, preferably in a related industry.- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support software.- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.- Have a reliable internet connection, a quiet dedicated space to work, and at least two monitors.
