KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Centralize, simplify, standardize, and automate data analytics to improve efficiencies, increase productivity, and enable data-driven decision making.
Be the trusted source of information and analytics for leadership within Honeywell Intelligrated. Work with product owner to identify data requirements, design data pipeline (using Snowflake, Alteryx, SQL or Data Bricks), and create requisite analytics tools or dashboards. Develop data pipelines and visualizations leveraging standards, guidelines, and data governance rules. Articulate data-driven insights to key stakeholders via visualization tools and dashboards with Power BI. Partner with multiple IT organizations to implement, design,
and develop data sources and pipelines to meet customer requirements. YOU MUST HAVE 2-year degree needed. 2+ years' experience in:
Data engineering, modeling, mining, pattern analysis, and visualization to address business needs, investigate, recommend, and implement solutions to streamline data processes and ensure data consistency across systems (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP Hana, SAP BI, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Data Integration, and third-party integration). Data Analysis, validation, cleansing, verification, and identification of mismatches between CRM, ERP, SQL, and Third-Party data sources. Developing and documenting descriptive data models based on requirements analysis. Creating new reporting solutions, introducing Business Intelligence technology, merging business process rules with system data flows, and implementing required change management solutions to improve efficiencies. Using multiple technologies including but not limited to Power BI, MS Power Apps, Alteryx, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, Oracle, SQL. Organizing and driving successful completion of data insight initiatives.
Creating complex formulas with Power BI. Ability to work with product owner and convert functional requirements into technical design with minimal supervision. WE VALUE Experience with Tableau. Deep understanding of a variety of manufacturing business models. Experience with data modeling complex joins across multiple data sets. Experience with CORA and CORA APIs. Participate in setting data strategy and standards through data architecture and implementation leveraging analytics tools and technologies. Experience with Python or similar programming languages. Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers).
Ability to see solutions in large data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities. Strong project management skills. Knowledge of databases, data warehouse structures, data mining, and reporting tools.
