** MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETE THE CULTURE INDEX SURVEY BEFORE APPLYING**Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management company based in Nebraska is seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative based in Mexico that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:**Major tasks**:- Answer incoming sales calls.- Discussing options for Property Management services.- Input new leads and complete initial sales calls.- Schedule in-home and phone appointments.- MLS prospecting.- Cold calling.- Add lead sources with proper notes and communication.- Assist sales team with any additional tasks- Customize communication drips.- Follow up with the team of loan officers for requirements.
**Skills and Qualifications**:- Strong English (Spoken/Written)- 2+ years of experience in commission sales- Possesses excellent customer service skills- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day- Exceptional organizational skills- Excellent verbal and written communications skills- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Experience using CRM.
Experience with BoomTown is a plus!
**Technical Requirements for the position**:- Computer with recent technology.
