**Responsibilities**- Plan, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure, GCP, AWS- Handle planning, maintenance, and problem-solving for Azure AD, Office 365 services, which include Exchange Online/On-Premises and SharePoint Online- Oversee planning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory Domain Service and connected services (AD DS, AD FS, AD CS, DNS, DHCP, GPO)- Implement scripting and automation using PowerShell- Write comprehensive IT-related work instructions- Resolve incidents and process changes promptly and efficiently**Requirements**:- Substantial experience in public clouds: Azure/Office 365, GCP, AWS- Solid familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server roles and features,
along with other IT infrastructure services (Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell)- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 services (especially Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint Online)- Solid understanding of ITIL Essentials and best practices- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure design principles- Demonstrable experience in scripting/automation (PowerShell)- Proven skills in technical writing- Knowledge in Identity and Access Management**Nice to have**- Experience with backup (Data Protection Management)- Familiarity with private cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Virtual Machine Manager, hypervisors such as Hyper-V, storages, blades, etc)- Background in working with SQL databases (procedures, triggers, views, etc)- Experience in monitoring/testing architectures and best practices- Knowledge of Certificate Authority**Technologies**- Identity and Access Management- Azure, GCP, AWS maintenance, and troubleshooting- Microsoft Active Directory Domain Service and connected services (AD DS, AD FS, AD CS, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
