**What you will bring to the team**We are looking for a support software developer who will work on our ELERATM Commerce platform, a comprehensive, unified commerce platform that will free retailers to reimagine their business without the constraints of traditional retail IT Systems.
**What you will be doing**:Your typical day as a Toshiba **Software Developer Engineer II / L3 Support Java **will involve:**What you will be doing**:This position is for a L3 technical support software engineer who will be the final escalation point responsible for resolving field issues.
The person will work closely with both L2 and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve trouble tickets.
**Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of**- At least 5 years professional experience in Software Development- At least 3-5 years of Java-based development or support,
