The Order Execution Team is responsible for the E2E operation from the MO creation until the commit dates (PSSD/RPSSD) for all ISG products shipped from the MTY Plant.
We manage the execution and operative relationship between the manufacturing team.This is an exciting role where you'll interact with global team members, customers, manufacturing sites, and vendors.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships to uncover opportunities, and are passionate about connecting the dots to get the job done, this is the role for you.Minimum Education Required: Degree or equivalent business experienceExperience 1-3 yearsResponsibilitiesManufacturing Order Management.Ensure every single order ships according to the SLA (PSSD/RPSSD).Drive Supply or Material Allocation.Prioritize critical orders to meet customer requirements and expectations.Interlock with Order Fulfillment Team on critical orders and open issues.CTB/ATB Analysis and Reporting.Capacity Requirements.Address special customer requirements.Control build ahead.Review daily backlog to preempt potential issues affecting customers.Control and apply Offspecs/Deviations for MTY Plant.Optimize Finish Goods.Physical Inventory Rebalance.Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.+3 years of Manufacturing experience.English language skills are required (Spanish language skills also preferred).Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365 software.Advanced Excel skills.Familiarity with SAP S4, IPS and LeMES.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong ownership, leadership and sense of urgency.Innovative thinking and proactive organization.Activities to learn in Order Execution TeamLearn about ISG portfolio (Think Systems-Options-Storage-Networking).Overview on supply chain process.Analytical Thinking and Reasoning.KPIs and BMS.Enhance leadership and communication skills.Networking with different local and WW Teams.Executive presentations to WW Teams
