That's why our Global Workplace Services team is looking to add a Senior Associate, Workplace Site Operations in Mexico City!As a Senior Associate at Capital One, you'll manage the day-to-day relationships with our internal customers and lines of business within your assigned geography.
You'll also engage with external providers responsible for facilities, space planning, moves, food and beverage services and mail services.
You'll maintain landlord relationships and engage with landlord facilities team members on day-to-day infrastructure operations.
You'll also take ownership of our Safety initiatives, partnering with teams to ensure a secure and compliant workspace for all employees.Responsibilities:Lead the planning, design, and development of office spaces, collaborating with design teams and internal stakeholders to ensure that space solutions are optimized for both functionality and culture.Partner with your internal clients to understand their intent and goals,
develop plans that meet their needs and relentlessly pursue options to deliver high-performing results.Engage with cross-functional teams at all levels and serve as a trusted real estate expert.Identify, recommend/document and implement ways to drive optimal utilization of the facilities.Contribute to the development of the annual capital and operating-expense budgets.Partner with other internal real estate associates to create solutions and proactively solve problems.Perform assessments that ensure Capital One LOBs and corporate facilities are compliant with corporate standards, industry requirements, and governmental regulations pertaining to security.Support safety training programs, incident reporting, and emergency drills, while also contributing to disaster recovery planning and risk assessments.Support the overall site including visitor registration and check-in processes,
new associate badging and visiting executives.Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Security.Foster a positive work environment through engagement and team building activities.The Candidate will:Lead with a strong attention to detail, a high sense of urgency.Have a strong and proven record leading dynamic teams
