hat you'll do.
rovide L1.
/ L2 support for IBM BAW (BPEL, Mediation) and WAS servers (Java Application).
onitor and maintain the health and performance of the systems.
andle P1/P2 incidents on priority in quick time to meet SLA requirements and minimize business impact.
iagnose and resolve technical issues related to Java, BPEL, and Mediation.
ollaborate with L3 support teams, client Designers, Architects, and Business Teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
mplement and maintain best practices for system operations and support.
ake up SRE related activities on enhancement and recurring issues to stabilize the current platform and improve Application availability.
ocument issues, resolutions, and workarounds to build a knowledge base.
referred experience.
+ years of professional experience in software engineering or as a Java developer.
roven experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
trong knowledge of Java, BPEL, and Mediation.
xcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
ffective communication and collaboration skills.
bility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
dvanced level of English is a must.
