As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing campaigns that highlight our client's services.
This role demands a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing our brand presence and attracting top talent and clients.
**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the agency's services.- Manage and optimize the agency's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and digital advertising.- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, such as blogs, newsletters, social media posts and ads, brochures,
etc.- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales strategies.- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to ensure high visibility in search engine results.- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.- Preferably 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a marketing agency.- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
