**What we offer and what is exiting about this role**:We offer you a comprehensive eight weeks on-boarding training.
This secures a solid foundation to understand the organization and its products, technologies, systems, supporting functions and culture, which enhances your ability to quickly become productive and integrated into the Sensient organization.
This, together with your background in economics, a scientific discipline, or your technical sales experience,
will be critical to make an impact in the business.
We also offer you an uncapped sales incentive scheme.After that, you will manage our distribution partners and the inside sales team with focus on delivering new sales opportunities with existing accounts, but the main target will be to develop new customers for our Food Colors business in Mexico.
To continuously help you to be successful in this position; we support you in working cross-functionally with our strong R&D;, Commercial, Operational and Service teams.
Spanish and English fluency, would allow you to collaborate and communicate effectively inside and outside the organization.With your relevant years of sales experience in a B2B sales environment (within food, specialty chemicals, or other value-added ingredients), your excellent customer service orientation, team leadership, communication and negotiation skills,
you will be able to grow our sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.
**Please note that a high percentage of travel across the territory to customer's office, research and manufacturing sites is involved.
