**Responsibilities**:- Communication and negotiation with contractors of the company on USA market (English speakers)- Register of contracts and agreements- Organization and coordination of transportation- Control of timely of cargo- Record keeping- Ability to build working relationships.- Effective communication and follow-up.- Negotiation on service rates.
**Requirements**:- No working experience is required.- English level upper intermediate or higher- Willingness to work with the market and clients from the USA.- Experience of working in the following companies is a plus - Teletech / American Express / Telvista / Teleperformance / Human capital- Record-keeping, time-management, and organization skills- Client management and data management skills- Analytical and multitasking skillsWhat do we offer?- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:50 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.
