This role is responsible for creating drivers' settlements, resolving payroll related issues, answering drivers' questions and concerns.
The Logistics Payroll Specialist will be responsible for collecting accurate data for payroll, creating settlements, communicating with employees and keep track of bonuses, deductions, etc.
This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships to ensure excellent customer service.
**Duties and responsibilities**:1.
Work with company software programs to process payroll2.
Analysis of payroll related reports3.
Maintain personnel database regarding salaries, taxes, deductions4.
Coordinate properly with Operations.5.
Coordinate in a timely manner with the supervisor in case there are some issues.
**Knowledge and skills required**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures.- Experience in payroll.- Solid data entry skills with regard to speed and accuracy.- Intermediate MS Excel skills.- A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced office setting.- Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
