We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base and foster long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to target potential clients in the US market, focusing on industries that require bilingual customer service and support.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities,
utilizing industry knowledge and research to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospects.
Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client organizations, positioning our contact center as the go-to solution for their customer service needs.
Conduct high-quality presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing our bilingual contact center capabilities, and tailoring proposals to address the specific needs of each client.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, reporting regularly to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings, proactively adapting sales strategies and tactics to maintain our competitive edge.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the contact center or BPO industry.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish preferred).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility quickly with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative, solutions-focused approach to sales.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
