**Ecommerce Customer Service and Sales Support - LATAM**:
Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in multiple e-commerce brands.
Their mission is to provide exceptional order fulfillment for their customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Answer questions about products and services
- Process orders and refunds
- Track orders and provide shipping updates
- Work with other team members to improve customer service
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in e-commerce customer service and sales support
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Faire, Shopify,
and Magento.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
