**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The Global Import Export Payables Supervisor leads 6-9 L6/7 associates in the execution of C&T; and Ocean Freight Payables (Ocean, air, FF, Borkers, Gov't agencies) in support of the Global IE capability team.
This position will report to the Global Import Export Support and Execution Lead.
This role will be responsible to provide leadership and tactical execution of the requirements to deliver these operations for the business and will deliver department KPIs and SLAs in support insuring I/E excellence for PEP.
The scope of this role is approx.
~$300MM annually in ocean freight payments (likely growing to $800MM + over next 3 years) and an additional $150-$200MM in duties, customs, fees, 3rd party bills (FF/CB) that will be managed by this team for all global sectors.




The role will oversee the areas of accounts payable, vendors support, vendor maintenance, field support, contract compliance and associated reporting and is accountable for the timely and accurate payment of suppliers performing critical services for PEP.
The role is also responsible for improving efficiency of the operation and excellent development of the team.
**Your Impact**

As **Global Import Export Payables Supervisor **your responsibilities would consist of:

- Ensure invoice processing activities are completed according to payment terms and business expectations
- Ensure the team resolves any escalated customer or vendor inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensure payables duties are executed in compliance within internal audit (SAG/SOX) guidelines for each global market




- Provide period actual payment reporting and forecast detail to the sectors and businesses
- Review spot rate billing and approvals for ocean transportation and reconcile
- Evaluate and action opportunities to automate C&T; and transportation billing and payments
- Execute audit program to insure timely payments and avoid ageing or impacts to vendor service
- Deliver comprehensive reporting on KPIs and metrics for payables by sector and capability
- Insure consistent and comprehensive master data management strategy for reporting accuracy
- Support initiatives to digitize processes and create digital tools to support continuous improvement efforts
- Adopt new and existing I/E IT and Technology platforms sustainment, training, and enhancements




- Support near and long-term data and technology strategy by working closely with partners (R2P and Digital Factory)
- Build sustainable business partnerships with sector operations teams, I/E procurement, I/E Ocean, I/E C&T; to understand business drivers and add value to their operations

Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?
**

**Experience required**:

- Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Business, Data Analytics or SC
- 5-7 years of demonstrated success managing a team of managers in a service-focused environment
- Experience with payable systems and processes (transportation invoices a plus)
- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (MS office) and data reporting systems
- Superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to identify and formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively




- Experience and comfort with digital systems and tools - working with vendors and IT teams to deliver results through existing systems and new tools and processes
- Ability to positively influence teams outside of direct responsibility and across multiple business units
- Capable of working in a remote work group and being managed by a remote manager
- Utilize technical/functional knowledge to creates and solve business problems
- Self-starter with attention to detail and experience leading multiple teams
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively across multi-functional, sector, and business teams
- Ability to lead in a matrix organization - Proven leadership ability to influence others and drive results without direct
