Lead a team of Quality Engineers that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME and Sourcing.
You will lead the strategic direction and initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and, product quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- People management
- Brainstorm solutions
- Lead improvement teams
- Development, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.
- Monitor and maintain the measurement systems of the main key business indicators.
- Provides training and advice to quality engineers and support areas.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 5 years of experience in similar position
- Advanced English.
- SAP
- Green Belt Certification
- Ability to analyze, teamwork, solve problems.
- Experience 5 years
- Mastery in quality tools 8D, APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, RCCA.
- General knowledge in the field of electronic manufacturing.
