**Customer Rebates Representative - English**:
**About the Role**:
Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective administrative support to a sales team, unit, or department for more complex activities and enquiries related to rebates.
In addition, conduct timely analysis and assist in visualizing the relationship between sales activities and business performance.
Identify and visualize weak points and potential to improve efficiency to sales management.
**What You Will Do**:
- Follow established guidelines or checklists to answer routine internal and customer enquiries
- Make simple calculations to accurately compile and report statistics
- May perform simple background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales team's activities
- Enter data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders, deliveries, or activities; and to generate sales reports and statistics
- Assure timely processing of rebates from validation of sales data and rebate submission through reconciliation and final payment from the distributor
- Work with Distributors, Field Sales, and Revenue Management to measure performance of contracts
- Assure all appropriate policies, processes and audit controls are in place and enforced with internal and external parties
- Provide backup support to other functional areas in department, as needed
- Perform other projects and essential responsibilities as deemed necessary
**Who You Are**:
- Desired b achelor's degree in Finance or equivalent
- Min 1 years' experience from either Finance, Controlling, Acc Pay, Acc Rec, and/or Customer Service Mgmt administrative roles
- Proactive and innovative approach
- Desired e xperience but not essential with off-invoice contract pricing, rebate chargeback procedures, programs analysis or related fields strongly preferred
- Desired d emonstrated ability to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
- Flexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and/or methods
- Deliver with quality and speed
- Global Perspective

- Self-driven, Communicates Effectively, Team player with proven ability in strong collaboration
- Desired System/Tools experience but not essential in Office 365, SAP or another ERP tool is desirable
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
