**Leadership Responsibilities**:

- A high level of independent work and initiative is required for the performance of the role.
- Role model the Diageo leadership capabilities, mentor and encourage the team, build interdependency with the rest of the organization.
- Continuous communication and support to key partners in the business.
- Ensure excellent performance on compliance matters, including management of BCP, training, and mentoring.
- Security trusted advisor for Agriculture Director, HR Director, Procurement Head, Governance Head, Logistic Head, Special Project Head, and Finance Director regarding any matter that could impact the business' image or assets.
**Purpose of Role**:

- Identify and evaluate security risks throughout Agriculture Operations and implement efficient brand-enhancing security management strategies/solutions to avoid, mitigate and reduce the potential impact of risk to the business.
- Perform all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance safety & security requirements.




- Primary liaison between Security and key Diageo functions throughout the Agriculture Operations.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership support to the development of solutions in Agriculture Operations.
- Lead all activities related to the supervision of all farms under the responsibility of the Agricultural Direction.
- Ensure the execution of Risk Assessment in the places where intended to rent new farmland by the DJA team.
- Support the Agriculture organization in the assessment of the security of the areas/lots of the operation, not only of active lots but also of lot proposals.
- Work with the Facilities team in the structuring of routes for employees in agricultural areas, identifying alternative routes in case of rescheduling if required for security reasons.
- Carry out evaluation visits to agricultural areas from active farms to proposals for new operations.




- Effectively coordinate and assist internal and external partners and cross-functional teams in implementing effective security programs to detect, prevent and resolve threats and losses.
- Actively engage in Business Resilience structure to ensure disruptions are integrated part of BR program.
- Remain current with security industry practices (including C-TPAT, OEA, etc)Identify innovative supply chain security trends and technologies that might be applied to protect and improve Agriculture Operations.
- Lead infrastructure and maintenance of secure standards, requirements, tools, and process documentation.
- Establish and handle a collection of measurement matrices and measurements to display the secure Agriculture Operations environment, status, and value.




- Establish and lead educational and training programs focusing on policy and procedures relating to Agriculture Operations security programs.
- Maintain a network of knowledgeable and influential persons in government, law enforcement, security, intelligence, and internal functions to serve as resources, collaborators, and partners.
**Experience Required**:

- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous, ability to multi-task efficiently and meet goals
- Strong communicator able to build strong cross-functional and collaborative working relationships
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals, such as debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, etc.
- Excellent ability to know how and when to lead and be a great teammate
- Experience in achieving/exceeding predetermined sales targets and be able to provide details of past achievements
- Read,



write, speak and understand basic English
- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to lead a diverse group of employees in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Interpersonal skills; Self-confidence, strong personality, integrity, personal drive and pro-activeness.
- Stay focused by constantly reassessing priorities and handling expectations within the business.
- Work confidently, discreetly, persuasively, and to gain the respect and trust of other senior managers.
- Flexible to travel.
