We design and build alternatives for global Amazon customers to pick up and return their packages, through a growing network of convenient host locations.
Our locker and counter products aim to delight customers with greater security, flexibility, and control, while reducing transportation costs and environmental impact.
Our growing team is looking for an analytical, customer-obsessed, marketing leader to join us as the Senior Partner Marketing Manager for the Hub network in North America / Emerging Markets covering Canada, Mexico, and Australia.
As a member of Hub Partner Marketing, you will work with a diverse organization of marketers and business leaders to develop and deploy B2B strategies that support partner demand generation, as well as expand our relationship with existing retailers through education and engagement.
You'll develop strategy,
lead execution and optimization of creative, and measure results of B2C co-marketing programs and channel initiatives with key partners to drive customer awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
As a primary and highly visible contact between business, product and brand teams, you will have the opportunity to influence and collaborate on consumer marketing, product development, and operations using your creative problem-solving skills to remove roadblocks and move things forward.
This role is based in Seattle, Washington and reports to the Global Head of Partner Marketing for Amazon Hub.
Key job responsibilities
- Support the Partner Funnel: *
- Own crafting the narrative and tools to elevate the entire partner funnel from prospect acquisition, lead nurturing, on-boarding and post on-boarding experience, to partner engagement and retention.
- Identify and develop the marketing content and measurement strategy to accelerate the funnel.
- Create and execute strategies that drive demand, covert leads and unlock value for our host partners across multiple verticals in Canada, Mexico, and Australia.
- Expand Consumer Marketing With Partners: *
- Think big and create cohesive partner strategies that build Amazon Hub awareness and engagement with our shared customers.
- Develop, scale, and measure best-in-class partner co-marketing strategies and campaigns supporting a range of locales and verticals across Canada, Mexico, and Australia including department store, grocery, pharmacy, QSR and government.
- Create new capabilities, leveraging the Hub service and partner relationships, to delight customers with personal, local, and impactful experiences, benefits,
and CTAs.
- Elevate the Partner and Customer Experience: *
- Leverage partner survey data to unlock solutions that address pain points and inform new tools, processes, and strategies.
- Work across functions to drive alignment and problem solve on behalf of partner and customers.
A day in the life
A day in the life for this role is as diverse as it gets, and no two days are alike as you might spend time collaborating with the broader marketing team to develop global marketing strategies, pitch a new ad program to a specific partner, brief/develop content, or manage a vendor rolling out a signage program to your locales.
- MBA
- Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce a plus
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to translate conceptual initiatives into detailed operating plans
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely
- Excellent project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
- Professional experience with emphasis on physical retail marketing and/or partner marketing
- Proven experience developing consumer marketing strategies that drove physical retail engagement across Mexico, Canada, and/or Australia.
