The Amazon Talent Acquisition (TA) Marketing team is seeking a Sr.
Brand Marketing Manager to lead our employer branding and content marketing efforts in Latin America.
In this role, you'll develop and execute impactful strategies to enhance Amazon's reputation as an employer of choice and drive interest in Amazon careers among key talent audiences across the region.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand and content marketing, excellent analytical skills,
the ability to develop and execute regional strategies and develop impactful content while aligning with global frameworks.The Sr. Marketing Manager will be a key member of Amazon's global TA Marketing team, collaborating closely with the central team based in the US.
This role will be responsible for adapting global strategies to meet regional needs and developing localized campaigns that resonate with LATAM audiences.
The position requires a deep understanding of the diverse LATAM markets and the ability to create compelling employer brand narratives across various channels and formats.Key job responsibilities:Analyze regional talent acquisition needs and develop comprehensive brand and content marketing strategies to improve Amazon's employer brand awareness in LATAM.Create and execute proactive marketing plans that include appropriate content, channels, and formats to address brand needs in LATAM markets.Collaborate with the central TA marketing team to ensure alignment with global frameworks and overall guidance.Develop and manage employer branding campaigns from concept to execution, working closely with recruiting teams,
business partners, and creative agencies.Lead the creation and curation of engaging content that showcases Amazon's culture, values, and career opportunities in LATAM.Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing activities to improve ROI and talent attraction outcomes.Support strategic initiatives, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts in employer branding.Provide regular reporting and insights on employer brand performance and talent market trends in LATAM.About the team:Amazon Stores Talent Acquisition Marketing (Marketing) is a team dedicated to partnering with the Talent Acquisition (TA) teams across Operations, Stores and G&A; in North America, LATAM and APAC.
Our main role is to enable TA teams to reach and engage with potential candidates by providing resources to learn about their audience and how to reach them, while proactively building marketing programs to fuel the talent pipeline.
We manage programs across employer brand and recruitment marketing to deliver a cohesive, authentic and best in class experience for our candidates.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
