BettingJobs is excited to partner with our client, a leading iGaming operator, in their search for a Marketing Manager to join their well-established team in Mexico City.Originally founded in 2012, our client has rapidly grown to become a prominent brand in the iGaming sector, now employing over 2,500 staff across 16 countries globally.Responsibilities:Manage P&L;, ensuring results align with budgets and targets, while providing regular reports.Act as the primary spokesperson and contact for Mexican operations and product development.Facilitate smooth communication between local and HQ teams.Oversee site operations, customer satisfaction, and local market knowledge.Conduct market research, business planning,
and execute go-to-market strategies.Align marketing strategies with HQ, ensuring compliance with P&L; and regulatory standards.Manage team structure, recruitment, retention, and local campaign planning.Guide content strategy and evaluate marketing activities, collaborating with central analysts for insights.Share and implement best practices to improve marketing and CRM execution.Requirements:Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally in online gambling.Proven success in P&L; management, team leadership, and budget forecasting.Experience in international, cross-functional environments and the Mexican online market.Expertise in Marketing, CRM, and stakeholder management.Customer-focused with a growth mindset and strong analytical, leadership, and teamwork skills.Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication and presentation abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
