**Description**:The KAM is the responsible for handling the most important Growers in Corteva.
These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income, and the key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client.
They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, support, and follow up on compliance with the corresponding incentive plans, and help the client succeed.
**Activities**- Accountable sales volume, market share, penetration, coverage and profit margin through value capture of the company.- Accountable to achieve the specific sales goals,
utilizing proper resources and expenses; Responsible for the development of sales strategies and resource plans which ensure achievement of the accounts in assigned territory.- Understand the industry, market chain, local competition actions and build a strong relationship with the main customers and key stakeholders and associations to ensure the information and business network.- Be an ambassador for the company and represent their values and product offering.- Manage demand forecast, sales accuracy, product availability at branches and delivery to right customers, to achieve our demand, forecast target.- Manage new product introductions in compliance with marketing strategies and objectives.- Provide information regarding market dynamics to the corporate marketing group.
**Qualifications**:- Associate Bachelor's Degree with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in Agriculture.- Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role in agrochemical industry.- Market Knowledge (Region of Sinaloa) is a must.- Highly Customer focus.- Business acumen, strategic thinking,
negotiation skills and leadership.- Strong communication and influencing skills to drive execution of the account plans with stakeholders.- English B1- Intermediate.- Technical skills like customer oriented, agronomical capabilities, committed to excellence, business acumen & strategic thinking.- Other skills like leadership, communication, problem Solving & initiative driven.
