Real Estate Acquisitions Manager (Remote - Based in Mexico)**About Us**:We are a leading real estate aquisitions company, buying single and multifamily properties.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to join our team and lead our acquisition efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to grow our real estate portfolio.- Identify, evaluate,
and negotiate property acquisitions.- Create and optimize systems for managing acquisitions and ensuring efficient processes.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align acquisition strategies with company goals.- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities.- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.- Oversee due diligence, including financial analysis and risk assessment.- Manage acquisition budgets and timelines to ensure projects stay on track.- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on acquisition progress.
**Qualifications**:- Extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably in the residential sector.- Proven track record of successful property acquisitions and growth.- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct thorough market research.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Proficiency in creating and managing systems and processes.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.- Familiarity with the real estate market in Mexico is a plus.
