**The **Role**This position is meant to work together with the R&D; team on the identification of opportunities and customer needs, to define the roadmap and prioritize together the features to be delivered by releases.
**You will**- Work with R&D; team to understand the market and help in the definition of the roadmap to reach product feature goals and growth.- Rapidly iterate on products and services using customer feedback and internal data.- Help understand the experiences customer expect to work in new ideas with the R&D; team.- Conduct user interviews and quantitative analysis.- Working with internal stakeholders to support the R&D; team- Supporting the building of desirable, feasible, variable and sustainable developments- Create user stories- Prepare periodic tracking reports- Partner with engineering, design to ship world class solutions- Obsessed about continuous product improvements and optimization.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree or higher in economics, Information Technology, Industrial engineering,
or other analytical or quantitative discipline.- 1+ years in a similar role (even no previous experience but with eager to learn, ownership and move the needle fast characteristics)- English and Spanish proficiency in both written and verbal- The role is bases in Mexico City, and interaction with team members in other countries
