Juarez, Chihuahua.
**How You'll Help Us Connect the World.




**Roles:- Equipment analysis of performance side to identify areas for improvement.- Desing and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.- Design and oversee the installation of upgrades and modifications to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.- Design and manage the implementation of upgrades to improve equipment performance and efficiency.- Enhance molding processes and workflows to boost production efficiency and minimize downtime.- Investigate recurring equipment failures to identify issues and implement solutions to prevent them.- Work closely with maintenance teams, production, process, and other departments to ensure smooth integration of engineering solution.- Design and implement safety improvements to reduce the risk of accidents and ensure a safe working environment.- Develop and deliver training programs for maintenance staff on new equipment, technologies, and best practices.- Monitoring, analyze and prepare information about equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.- Manage, execution and documentation of engineering projects related to equipment installation, upgrades, or modifications,



including scope, timelines, and budgets.
**Required Qualifications for Consideration**:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic, Mechatronic engineering, or a related field is often preferred.- English 60-80%- Technical Skills- Molding Processes: Understanding of injection molding, and extrusion or similar processes.- Automation Technologies: Familiarity with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and robotics.- Maintenance Management: Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.- Soft Skills- Problem-Solving: Ability to fix and resolve mechanical and automation issues.- Communication: Effective communication with team members and stakeholders.- Project Management: Skills to manage maintenance projects and improvements efficiently.- Experience- Hands-On Experience: Practical experience in maintenance roles,



in a similar position, minimum 5 years.- Continuous Learning- Stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies in maintenance related to presses small to high tonnage, automation equipment, and the least technologies on the industry
