Exciting Work-From-Home Opportunity! As a Bilingual Contact Center Agent,
you'll be the face of Nielsen, building and maintaining relationships with our panel families.
You'll recruit, coach, and support Nielsen households, ensuring their active participation and the integrity of our data collection process.
Job Responsibilities & Home Office Requirements:Responsibilities: Conduct phone interviews, partner with recruitment, educate households, resolve technical issues, meet performance goals, collect and report data, troubleshoot equipment, and communicate effectively via phone, email, text, video, and chat.Home Office Requirements: Requires a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, flexibility for evening/weekend work, and mandatory in-person orientation in Mexico City.What You'll Need:Flexible Schedules: We offer a variety of shift options to accommodate diverse needs.
