Join us as a Billing Specialist with Uline's Finance team to ensure the billing process is a breeze for our customers as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials!
Position Responsibilities Work with customers over the phone and on emails to provide them the documentation needed to process order payments.Analyze invoicing portals.Work with customers who have special requirements to pay invoices.Work with internal departments to resolve product returns,
