JOB PURPOSE Are you passionate about managing end to end portfolio, gaining wide procurement experience for business services, driving business with direct contribution,
then this role is tailored for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Sourcing: Understand the business needs related to functional areas of spend in Workforce Management, HR and Outsourcing and bring deep expertise and insights across the value chain and supply base to translate the business requirements into effective future-fit procurement strategies.
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with Global suppliers and vendors for business services.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company.
Budget Management: Oversee business services budgets, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives and financial plans.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Senior management, HR, finance, and other internal teams to align procurement activities with business goals.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential new suppliers.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience in procurement or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
