As a Head of customer service - specialties, you will manage the service to direct customers, government and dealers focused on the sale of specialties.You will report to the Architectural coating team as part of the Customer Service structure for #PPG Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**- You will create collaboration networks that help to improve the response times for the area, through the different production plants, achieving internal negotiations.- You will ensure the quality of the service offered in the Industrial Call Center, through monitoring and visits to internal customers and dealers,
implementing actions to help customer satisfaction and experience.- You will implement continuous improvement processes in the different service areas, for a standardized model and of the main processes of the Area for achieving results and indicators.- You will manage human and material resources, detecting training needs and assessing the requirements to develop staff competencies.
**Qualifications**- Higher education: bachelor's degree- Minimum five years in call center and customer service positions.- 2+ years of experience as a team leader and in positions where a high level of communication and customer service is required.
