**Key Responsibilities**:- Forge and nurture partnerships with local businesses, chambers ofcommerce, and organizations to enhance brand recognition and drive websitetraffic.- Proactively build relationships to amplify our brand within the community anddrive engagement.- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise and execute strategiesfor effective link building, local outreach,
and SEO enhancement.- Track and analyze partnership initiatives and digital marketing campaigns,providing insightful reports to the team.- Stay updated on industry trends and local events to identify partnershipopportunities and optimize marketing efforts.- Engage with local communities and manage content on our local officewebsites, Google Business Profile, and social media channels.- Create content to promote the brand across social media, Google Profiles,and third-party websites.
**Requirements**:- Experience in SEO, including link building, is a big plus.- Proven track record in engaging with local communities and managingcontent on local office websites, Google Business Profile, and social media.- Strong content development skills to promote the brand across various onlineplatforms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
