About the job:What you will do:- Build long standing relationships and network with top talent mostly in Mexico and Colombia- Serve as a full life cycle talent advisor to understand business needs and underlying talent strategies to hire technical and business rolesCreate and launch a regular stream of innovative marketing campaigns for select talent communities- Market and sell the Red Hat's message in a compelling way to top talent- Effectively deploy drip marketing to key talent pipelines- Develop and maintain relevant networks in your recruitment areas- Use analytical,
data-driven sourcing strategies to produce effective and efficient search results- Develop the Red Hat employment brand in the external marketplace- Cultivate and advocate the Red Hat associate referral programUnderstand and monitor our competition and be able to report market recruitment trendsWhat you will bring:- 5+ years of experience working in talent acquisition with a passion for recruiting excellence- 3+ years of experience working in the IT industry; focus in software is a plus- Experience with a variety of interviewing techniques, particularly in competency-based interviewing- Previous experience with professional social media tools like LinkedIn- Ability to think like a marketer and create unique and effective drip marketing campaigns to select talent communities- Excellent business insight and success in presenting a company business model- Ability to thrive in a team-based, collaborative, and fast-paced environment- Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to inspire people with a consultative approach- Fluent language skills in EnglishLI-REMOTE #LI-JR1About Red Hat:
