**RESPONSIBILITIES**- **Phone Screening**: Conduct initial phone screens and provide recommendations to the hiring team.- **Interview Scheduling**:
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel teams.- **Applicant Tracking**: Manage and update information in the applicant tracking systems.- **Updates to Hiring Managers**: Provide regular updates to all hiring managers as needed.- **Passive Recruitment**: Conduct passive recruitment through LinkedIn Recruiter regularly.- **Staff Communication**: Communicate recruitment policies and procedures to all staff.
**REQUIREMENTS**- Advanced English, both verbal and written.- **Education and Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources, preferably in IT, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services industry.- **Degree**: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.- **Skills**: Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
**Work Schedule**:- This is a full-time position, with regular hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M. PST.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo:
