.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCentralize, simplify, standardize, and automate data analytics to improve efficiencies, increase productivity, and enabling data-driven decision making.- To be the trusted source of information and analytics for leadership within Honeywell Intelligrated- Work with product owner to identify data requirements, design data pipeline (using Snowflake, Alteryx, SQL or Data Bricks) and create requisite analytics tool or dashboard.- Develop data pipelines and visualizations leveraging standards, guidelines, and data governance rules- Articulate data-driven insights to key stakeholders via visualization tools and dashboards with Power Bi- Partnering with multiple IT organizations to implement,
design and develop data sources and pipelines to meet customer requirementsYOU MUST HAVE- 2 year degree needed- 2+ years' experience in: o Data engineering, modeling, mining, pattern analysis, and visualization to address business needs investigate, recommend, and implement solutions to streamline data processes and ensure data consistency across systems (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAP Hana, SAP BI, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Data Integration, and third-party integration) o Data Analysis, validation, cleansing, verification, and identification of mismatches between CRM, ERP, SQL and Third-Party data sources o Developing and documenting descriptive data models based on requirements analysis o Creating new reporting solutions, introducing Business Intelligence technology and merging business process rules with system data flows, and implementing required change management solutions to improve efficiencies o Using multiple technologies including but not limited to Power Bi, MS Power Apps, Alteryx, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, Oracle,
SQL o Organizing and driving successful completion of data insight initiatives o Creating complex formulas with Power BI o Ability to work with product owner and convert functional requirement in technical design with mínimal supervisionWE VALUE- Experience with tableau- Objectivity, Data Integrity, Fact Based Decisions, End-to-End Standardization, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Lessons Learned Culture.
