What you'll do: Configure and maintain existing Workday modules, including but not limited to Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations.
Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams.
Lead Workday implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, scoping, testing, and deployment.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and configure solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Document processes and construct useful demonstrations and knowledge transfers for business users.
Troubleshoot and resolve production support configuration issues.
Support assigned Workday module(s) including managing Workday Semi-Annual Releases.
Create advanced reports using complex calculated fields using Workday reporting tools.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead large cross-functional projects and interact with team members at all levels.
Ability to prioritize effectively and work in an independent environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or closely related field, or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field.
5+ years of Workday hands-on implementation,
configuration, & post-production support experience.
2+ years experience implementing and managing Workday Absence, Benefits, and Compensation modules along with familiarity of Workday HCM Core and Business Processes.
Preferred Qualifications: Workday Pro Certification(s)
