.About the Role:The Product Manager, Fragrance Brands - Mexico, will be responsible for the overall success of assigned fragrance brands within the Mexican market.
This includes developing and executing marketing strategies, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Mexican fragrance market, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
The Product Manager will be a key driver of brand growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive activities within the Mexican fragrance market.
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve market share growth and brand building goals.Product Development & Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle for assigned fragrance brands, from concept to launch and beyond.
This includes new product development, product line extensions, and managing existing product portfolios.
Collaborate with R&D;, packaging, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches.Marketing & Promotion: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, public relations, and traditional advertising.
Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance to optimize ROI.
Collaborate with creative agencies and media partners to deliver impactful campaigns.Sales & Distribution: Work closely with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Mexican market.
Manage relationships with key retailers and distributors to ensure optimal product placement and availability.
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and address any challenges.Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage marketing budgets for assigned fragrance brands.
Monitor performance against targets and make adjustments as needed.Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, R&D;, supply chain, and finance.
Communicate product strategies and performance updates to key stakeholders.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers within the Mexican fragrance market.
Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA preferred.Proven experience in product management,
preferably within the beauty or fragrance industry.Deep understanding of the Mexican consumer market and retail landscape.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
