**HCM Oracle Functional Payroll - Consultant**ArganoNorthPoint is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will provide expert-level support and guidance on payroll-related issues within the HCM Cloud environment, and work closely with clients to understand their payroll requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
You will also play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of payroll-related systems and processes.
**Work you will do with ArganoNorthPoint**:- Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients on payroll-related issues within the HCM Cloud environment- Work closely with clients to understand their payroll requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs- Participate in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of payroll-related systems and processes- Provide payroll support to clients, including processing payroll, reconciling payroll reports, and resolving payroll-related issues- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll-related processes- Provide training and support to end-users on payroll-related systems and processes- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to payroll and HCM Cloud technology- Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud projects- Manage support team and clients' activities.- Support clients with the execution of test scripts**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance,
or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and administration- Expert-level knowledge of HCM Cloud payroll processes and technologies- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong project management skills- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is preferred- Languages- Spanish- English - High (mandatory)ArganoNPGIf you are a self-starter who is passionate about providing top-notch payroll support and helping clients achieve their payroll-related goals, we encourage you
