You will be working on a hybrid web & iOS squad within the Etsy Ads Initiative,
passionate about ensuring visibility for Etsy sellers looking to grow their businesses.This is a full-time position reporting to the Engineering Manager.
In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.For this role, we are considering candidates based in Mexico.
Candidates living within commutable distance of Etsy's Mexico City Office Hub or in Guadalajara may be the first to be considered.
Depending on where you are located in Mexico, your work mode will be Local Hybrid, Regional Hybrid or Remote.

If you are enthusiastic about solving real problems for our customers, and learning and teaching new things along the way, you'll fit right in!What does the day-to-day look like?Collaborate across Product, Design, Analytics, Research, and Engineering to build compelling ad experiences.Run A/B experiments to validate product improvements.Confidently communicate technical issues with all vital stakeholders.Lead and assist in performing product testing including unit, functional, visual, etc.In collaboration with your team,
craft and improve processes that impact iOS app development across Etsy.Of course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require!
