SummaryThis role will provide administrative assistance to strategies relating to leadership development, diversity, equity & inclusion, colleague engagement, and other key capabilities for Latin America and the Caribbean.
**Qualifications**:**Experience**- Administrative, HR or hospitality experience preferred.Education- BA in hospitality, business, communication or related field preferred.
**Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job**- Proficiency with Microsoft office required.- Experience with HR systems (Taleo, Saba, PeopleSoft) a plus**Additional Comments and Requirements**- Ability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment- Proven customer service skills including problem resolution,
maintaining correspondence between clients and our hotel properties- Ability to work with a remote team.- Flexibility to work overtime when business needs demand.- Attention to Detail- Creative problem-solving ability.- Excellent written communication skills.- Fluent in English.
