**Description**:** Now offering a $15,000 MXN hiring bonus (-Applies only for new hires)**:
- **$3,500 MXN** upon graduating from training (2 weeks) and Nesting (3 days), at the end of the first 2 weeks and with a minimum requirement of 100% attendance during those 2 weeks.
- **$5,500 MXN** upon completion of a total of 6 weeks, with a minimum attendance requirement of 92% during those 6 weeks.
- **$6,000 MXN** upon completing 90 days in production (after completing the first 6 weeks), with a minimum requirement of 92% attendance during those 90 days.

As a **Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)**working on-site in **Mexico City**, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.
**What You'll Be Doing**
In this role, you will work to assist customers with updating, modifying, or creating new car rental reservations.
You will also resolve customer requests or issues via phone.
**During a Typical Day, You'll**
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Connect and resolve issues with customers using excellent verbal communication
- Get in contact with different people and departments to ensure correct follow-up
- Take inbound phone calls and follow up on outbound cases according to operational needs
**What You Bring to the Role**
- High school diploma or college preferred
- At least one and a half (1.5) years of customer service experience, travel reservations preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to actively listen
- Organizational skills
- Computer skills
