.As a Health, Safety and Environment (EHS) Lead, you will play a vital role in the success of our operations and service projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Service Operations organization in Latin America (LA) and the EHS team in México.How You'll Make an ImpactThe EHS Lead supports the implementation and coordination of EHS programs in support of our Gas Services organization including:Provide EHS compliance guidance to project teams and data as required for Siemens Energy's internal reportingSafety incident management, reporting, and investigationSupport incident investigations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
of Near Miss and incidents to ensure safe work procedures are being followed with respect to Company policy, OHSA, EPA, and client/company policy as well as applicable regulatory country laws within the specified area where work is being performed.Communicate regular updates regarding injury and illness awareness and mitigating measures.Elaborate, coordinate and perform EHS trainings for internal clients and teamSupport EHS data reporting to internal and external customers, management of Enablon system, PPE definition and purchasingWhat You BringAround 4+ years of formal education in EHS related field, or relevant work experience.Extensive knowledge of the EHS field, including concepts, practices, and procedures related to EHS.
This position requires an understanding of applicable EHS relevant country regulations.Demonstrate knowledge of the organization's business practices and issues faced and contribute to problem resolution of those issues.Demonstrate knowledge and experience with root cause analysis assessment and incident investigation.
Knowledge of Human Factors/Human Performance is a plus.English and Spanish at professional working proficiency level.About the team:Our Gas Service Latin America team is a very committed team with EHS.
