We are currently searching for a Remote UX/UI Designer:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designs that meet project requirements and enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective design strategies.
- Articulate design concepts, processes, and methodologies clearly to teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee and provide guidance to development teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
- Propose and execute innovative design solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Mid-level to Senior-level experience in UI/UX design.
- Demonstrated ability to present and defend design decisions confidently.
- Strong proficiency in UI design tools and frameworks.
- Strategic mindset to address design challenges effectively and provide creative solutions.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
